Board of Directors Update

Kurt Zitzer, Chair – The Board of Directors met in September at Mayo Clinic in Scottsdale. It was the board’s first opportunity to meet Dr. Wyatt Decker, the new head of Mayo in Arizona. An ER physician by training, Dr. Decker and his family moved to Arizona this summer. The Board is discussing a number of different governance models for the Chamber to be reviewed at later meetings. The Chamber is governed currently by 44 Board members representing a mix of large and small companies.
